𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀?
When we feel an emotion, but are unable to process it at the time (because we are either too young, too busy, sick, tired or we feel that we have to suppress it), then it can become trapped in our body.
We can imagine these emotional energies as a ball of energy.
We can’t see them, but we can definitely feel their effect on us. These balls of energy can be lodged anywhere and when many of them accumulate in a certain spot, they will eventually cause an issue.
This is how we accumulate “emotional baggage” over time.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺?
-They can be inherited from our parents and previous generations.
-They can be absorbed from others (like when we want to take off someone‘s burden)
-We can absorb our Mother‘s emotions during pregnancy.
-During the course of our life time, we will trap many emotions of our own, starting on the day we are born.
𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘂𝘀?
-make us over-react or make wrong assumptions
-cause mental and emotional conditions like anxiety, depression, burnout, Bipolar, self-sabotage and worsen PTSD
-create pain, discomfort, fatigue, inability to heal
-interfere with function of organs and glands
And many more…
𝗢𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺, 𝘄𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝘆:
-feel better, be happier and calmer
-eliminate pain, discomfort, or illnesses
-have better relationships with others and ourselves
-be more successful in our job or business
-be healthier overall, physically, mentally, and emotionally
-get better sleep
-be more spiritual and more in tuned with ourselves
-be more confident

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺?
As a Practitioner, I will identify your trapped emotions for you, one emotion at a time, and determine at what age the emotion got stuck in your body. I can also determine, where it is stuck.
Then I will release the emotion. All released emotions will be gone for good
