Complex trauma is a “result of exposure to varied and multiple traumatic events or experiences.” It generally occurs between people. Feeling of being trapped, degradation in overall health, relationships and performance at work and at school are often seen.

Trapped emotions resulting from any type or level of trauma have a way of controlling our lives, even if they happened in the past, or were even inherited from previous generations.

They can manifest into physical, emotional or mental illnesses and cause issues years later as mentioned above.

Even healing from an injury, surgery or illness could be impaired by these stuck emotional energies.
